Use ePRS for the Slovenian business identity
AJPES maintains Slovenia’s Business Register and its ePRS search service. The register’s published particulars include identifiers, legal names, registered addresses and recorded representation information, depending on the entity. Compare the registration number with the organisation named in the transaction before following a name-based result. A business register can include different kinds of subjects, so the legal form remains essential when distinguishing a company from a sole proprietor or another organisation.
Use JOLP for published annual reporting
AJPES separately provides public access to annual reports through JOLP. Search the reporting entity and select the relevant year, then distinguish an audited report from other published annual material. Access and viewing conditions are stated by the service and should be respected. A registration extract and an annual report reveal different aspects of the same business; combining them is useful only when the identity, period and type of each document remain explicit.
