Use the Moldovan IDNO to locate the legal person
Moldova’s government data portal provides a route to legal-person searches using a name, IDNO or other identifying criteria. The Public Services Agency issues information from the State Register of Legal Entities. Match the IDNO with the company’s registered denomination and legal form before relying on a name-based result. An individual entrepreneur and a legal person may appear in related services but should not be treated as the same organisational category.
Request an extract within its defined disclosure limits
ASP describes the particulars included in a State Register extract and provides an online ordering route through e-Extras. Choose the official product needed for the transaction, then check the issue date and the entity identified. The agency’s guidance recognises limits arising from information-access, confidentiality and personal-data rules. A registry request therefore should not promise unrestricted access to every ownership or financial detail, even when basic company identification is publicly available.
