Use the Croatian court register to establish identity
Croatia’s Sudski registar offers searches by legal name, court-registration number, OIB and other criteria, including status and legal form. Start with the identifier that appears on the company’s document and check the responsible court. The interface also separates deleted entities and registry announcements, which matters when tracing a former supplier or a change in corporate details. A current name check is not the same as reconstructing the company’s recorded history.
Consult FINA for the financial reporting question
The court-register guidance explains the role of an extract as company-registration evidence. Financial statements are available through a different official service: FINA’s RGFI public-posting application, subject to its registration and use conditions. Match the company identifier across the two systems and select the reporting year actually needed. An annual account describes a defined period, whereas a court extract concerns registered legal particulars; neither should silently stand in for the other.
