A search result should be read as the register’s published information at that stage, not as a permanent certificate.
Request formal evidence and financial documents separately
Slovakia’s government portal describes an electronic service for obtaining a commercial-register extract. The Ministry of Finance’s Register of Financial Statements serves a different purpose, publishing available accounting documents for identified reporting entities. Match the company number across those sources and check the year of the accounts. When a recipient requires an authenticated extract, preserve the electronic document in its issued form rather than replacing it with a screenshot of a search page.
