Choose a profile or a copy of a particular filing
An ACRA Business Profile summarises entity information such as the UEN, registration details and relevant position holders. An extract instead provides a copy of a document filed by the business, making it useful when a specific annual return or other submission matters. Identify the question before selecting a product in Bizfile. A profile for a ceased entity may contain less information than one for an entity that remains live.
Check the purchased product through the appropriate channel
ACRA explains how to buy a Business Profile as a guest or through a logged-in account and how purchase history is handled. After delivery, retain the original files and use the verification route specified for that product. Profiles and certain certificates use trustBar, while other products have their own authentication route. Electronic certification is available for applicable products, so confirm both the product type and the recipient’s requirements before ordering additional copies.
