Identify the form of the Rwandan business
Rwanda Development Board's Office of the Registrar General administers business registration services. Its guidance distinguishes companies, individual enterprises and branches, which matters when identifying who is responsible for a contract. Compare the registration certificate with the company's legal name and registered address rather than relying on a brand alone. For a foreign branch, also establish the parent entity, since the branch and an incorporated subsidiary have different legal relationships to that parent.
Ask for the record that supports the claimed particulars
RDB describes registration certificates and company information delivered through its registration system. Access associated with an applicant's account should not be confused with unrestricted public access to every document. Use the official portal and published procedure to identify the available request or enquiry, then check whether later changes affect the certificate supplied. A registration document helps establish identity; separate confirmation may be needed for the signatory's authority, the current activity or a sector-specific licence.
