Match the Egyptian registration to its issuing office
An Egyptian company check should connect the legal name, commercial registration number and issuing office before treating a record as a match. The Internal Trade Development Authority provides commercial registry services and information about the offices involved. Incorporation documents, tax identification and the commercial registration each serve different purposes. Ask for the record that identifies the actual contracting entity, especially where an English trading name differs from the name appearing in Arabic documentation.
Choose the document that answers the verification question
ITDA distinguishes registry extracts, data certificates and copies of records within its service catalogue. Confirm the requirements and delivery route for the particular product rather than assuming every underlying document is available anonymously online. The Federation of Egyptian Industries also describes registry services through its one-stop counter, including inquiries and extracts. Retain the issue date and compare the document with the company's claimed address and activity; registration alone does not establish financial reliability.
