Use the company register for the entity’s legal identity
Lesotho's government and trade ministry identify an online company register covering domestic and overseas companies within its scope. Search using the legal name or available registration reference, then distinguish the company from a separately used business name. The ministry describes company, director and shareholder information within the registry service. Check the record that matches the contracting entity rather than assuming that a similar trading name points to the same incorporated business.
Keep public inspection separate from maintaining a record
The official digital-business services also cover updates, annual filings and user permissions. Those functions concern the maintenance of a business record and require the appropriate access; a public search does not authorise you to change company particulars. Where an extract or certificate is needed, follow the registry's current instructions and retain the issued document. If historical papers or inconsistent details are involved, ask the One-Stop Business Facilitation Centre which record supports the position you need to establish.
