Account for the commercial register’s current organisation
Paraguay’s judicial registration structure now operates through the Registro Unificado Nacional. The Supreme Court’s July 2026 explanation places the Public Commerce Register and legal-person records within its Directorate-General of Special Registers. Older material may still use the former general public-register directorate’s name. Preserve the company’s inscription details and ask for the relevant commercial entry, rather than selecting a property-registration procedure simply because it appears in the same institutional portal.
Keep administrative reporting separate from registered acts
The MEF’s SIARA platform serves administrative registers for legal persons and structures, including document consultation or validation. Its purpose differs from obtaining a commercial-register record of incorporation or a later act. The judiciary’s SIGRE guidance explains another electronic channel, initially designed for legal professionals to submit requests and follow procedures. Check the access rules and document type for each service; none of these descriptions establishes a universally open database of beneficial owners.
