Identify what the Guichet MCI actually registers
Haiti’s Ministry of Commerce and Industry operates Guichet MCI for commercial registration procedures. Its published help describes the online registration of individual businesses, so a search there must not be treated as a complete register of incorporated Haitian companies. Start with the business’s declared commercial name, registration reference and legal form. The home-page name enquiry concerns availability and does not by itself confirm an enterprise’s current documentary position.
Follow the certificate back to the issuing ministry
The Guichet help explains verification using the certificate’s QR code or its identifying code, as well as requests concerning previously registered businesses.
