Establish the island and corporate regime first
The Financial Services Regulatory Commission operates separate Saint Kitts and Nevis branches. The Saint Kitts branch publishes its e-Registry and corporate resources, while the Nevis branch describes its own corporate-registry responsibilities for international entities. Read the incorporation document before selecting a route: an entity’s island, legal designation and registration reference provide a better starting point than a postal address somewhere in the federation.
Understand the Nevis provider and document process
Nevis FSRC guidance distinguishes international business corporations from limited liability companies and explains that a licensed trust and corporate service provider handles their establishment through the registry system. Identify which certificate or filed instrument supports the assertion being checked, and approach the appropriate registry or provider accordingly. Information retained for customer due diligence must not be confused with material automatically available to every visitor on a public website.
