Armenia’s justice-sector platform provides a search for legal-person data and services from the State Register Agency. The current website explicitly identifies the older portal as containing information current only to 25 December 2025. Use the live service for a present-day enquiry and keep any archived result clearly dated. Compare the registered denomination and identifying references before matching an Armenian company to documents written in another language.
Check the agency’s scope and the requested product
The agency’s description excludes financial organisations from its general legal-entity registration remit, so a specialised institution may require a different authority. The current platform lists extracts and registration or liquidation information alongside application services. Select the appropriate product and observe its identification and access requirements. The register also explains its reliance on information submitted by applicants; a filed assertion should therefore be evaluated within the document’s stated scope rather than treated as an independent audit.
