Use the Bermuda online register as a registered user
Bermuda’s Registrar of Companies links to its Catalyst online register for entity searches and corporate services. The portal explains that users must register and provide identity evidence to access its functions. Follow the official registrar’s link, then identify the company, LLC or partnership relevant to the enquiry. A corporate service provider’s description of a client is not equivalent to the underlying entry in Bermuda’s own register.
Check a financial permission with the BMA
The Registrar offers corporate records and certificates, whereas the Bermuda Monetary Authority maintains information on entities it licenses or registers for regulated activities. If a company claims to provide insurance, investment or other financial services, compare its legal identity with the relevant BMA entry as a separate step. A corporate certificate cannot settle that licensing question. Likewise, a regulator’s listing should not be presented as a substitute for the company’s formation or amendment documents.
