Access the Trinidad and Tobago CROS register
The Companies Registry of Trinidad and Tobago operates the Companies Registry Online System, or CROS. The official guidance lists public-record searches, business-name registration and company filings among its services. Users must first create a Companies Registry Account to use the system. Search the appropriate record type and match the registration reference, since a registered business name and a company file describe different forms of legal organisation.
Order information without confusing access and control
CROS permits users to search the register, obtain company or business files and apply for certified copies through its stated procedures. Having an account does not mean that a user is entitled to submit changes for every company found. Select the search or document function suited to your enquiry, and check the date of the relevant filing. Current registry notices and removal procedures also matter when investigating a company that no longer appears to be in normal standing.
