The free information includes identity and formation-related details, but a matching name result should not be presented as confirmation of current status. Choose a status enquiry or certificate intentionally
Delaware offers online status information and separate certificate services. Its guidance expressly distinguishes an online status screen from an official good-standing certificate. If a bank or foreign authority asks for certified evidence, follow the document-request route and confirm the required product; printing a search result does not turn it into a certificate issued by the state.
