Use the public register and collection of documents
The Czech Ministry of Justice’s public-register portal provides the commercial-register route and the collection of filed documents. It also links to other legal registers, including insolvency resources. Identify the company using its name and registration identifier, then read the relevant entry rather than assuming every organisation in the public-register system is an ordinary commercial company.
Cross-check identity without replacing the legal file
ARES provides another official route for economic-entity research. Compare its identity information with the justice-system entry, retaining the company’s identifier when names or addresses have changed.
